HI! Magazine is a self-publishing online magazine with its tongue firmly in its cheek.

We have a team of writers from all corners of the globe writing about issues dear to their heart and gossip on the tip of their tongue.

Launched in February 2012, the birth child of Forward Create’s Seb White, HI! Magazine was born out of annoyance for the regular online magazine suspects either being of great opinion but slightly boring, or funny but as pretentious as could be.

HI! launched with Film, Arts and Life & Sex, within a month HI! expanded, creating four new sections: TV, Fashion, Music and Food & Drink sections.

By July we have previewed Damien Hirst before major publications, been invited to Croatia to cover Hideout Festival and in September 2012 we went offline for refurbishment.

Launching on 1 January 2013, HI! Magazine now has four overarching sections; HI!Life, Sex&Love, ENTS and Opinion, all with their own sub-sections. This is our new editor, EK McAlpine’s first foray into editorship after stints at various online publications.
